"Turnkey Pre-fabricated E-House Solutions. Engineered for rapid deployment, these modular shelters come fully integrated with switchgear, transformers, and auxiliary systems. The robust, weather-resistant steel structure minimizes on-site civil work and installation time, offering a 'plug-and-play' power hub for remote and industrial sites."
The SG(B) Series H-Class Open Ventilated Dry-Type Power Transformer is a three-phase non-encapsulated dry-type transformer manufactured with NOMEX® H-class insulation system. It features high safety, reliability, energy efficiency, fire resistance, explosion-proof performance, and simple maintenance. With advanced design, reasonable structure, and elegant appearance, its key performance indicators such as partial discharge level, no-load loss, load loss, noise level, and humidity resistance exceed relevant domestic and international standards. This transformer adopts an open ventilated structure, ensuring excellent heat dissipation and stable operation under heavy loads. The H-class insulation system allows safe operation at higher temperatures, significantly improving thermal endurance and service life. Designed to perform reliably in high-humidity, polluted, and high fire-risk environments, the SG(B) series can be installed near lakes, rivers, coastal areas, and other harsh environments. It is especially suitable for locations with high fire safety requirements and dense population.
Designed for utility, industrial, and commercial power distribution, this transformer features an advanced amorphous alloy core that reduces no-load losses by over 75% compared to S11 models. Its robust rectangular winding structure and Dyn11 connection ensure superior short-circuit resistance and stable power quality. With a fully sealed, vacuum-impregnated design, it guarantees long-term reliability and maintenance-free operation.
The XLW outdoor distribution box is an outdoor installation. It features a waterproof cover on top, with a gap between the cover and the box body to facilitate heat dissipation and moisture control. The box has an inner and outer door; the outer door is surrounded by waterproof strips and grooves, while the inner door can accommodate instruments, lights, buttons, and selector switches. The box is available in floor-standing and wall-mounted versions, with cable entry/exit holes at the bottom. The XLW outdoor distribution box is primarily installed outdoors as part of a three-phase, three-wire, four-wire, or five-wire low-voltage power distribution system with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 380V or 660V, and rated current up to 630A, for power and lighting distribution. It can also be used for partial control within low-voltage control systems.
